Review

You know, I've been jamming to PARTYNEXTDOOR's self-titled EP lately, and let me tell you, it's a real treat for the ears. This Canadian dude, Jahron Brathwaite, really knocked it out of the park with his debut. It's got this cool mix of alternative R&B and vaporwave vibes that just hits different.

I'm obsessed with how he blends those eerie, trap-infused beats with these super melodic hooks. 'Wild Bitches' and 'Break From Toronto' are absolute standouts - they've been on repeat in my car for weeks. And don't even get me started on that Miguel sample in 'Break From Toronto' - it's so clever!

The collab with Drake on 'Over Here' is fire, too. It's like, the perfect showcase of what OVO Sound is all about. Plus, even though the EP is pretty short, it packs a punch. You've got these moody, introspective tracks like 'Relax with Me' and 'TBH' that show off PARTYNEXTDOOR's range as both a songwriter and producer. It's no wonder this EP got such good reviews and chart action - it's a solid debut that really sets the stage for what's to come from this guy. - Sienna
