Review

Let me tell you about Vince Gill's 'I Still Believe in You'. This album really hit home for me when it came out in '92. I remember driving down the highway, windows down, belting out "Don't Let Our Love Start Slippin' Away" at the top of my lungs. Good times!

Gill's fifth studio album is a real treat, with a mix of heartfelt ballads and toe-tappin' tunes that showcase his incredible voice and guitar skills. The title track was his first Number One country hit, and boy, does it pack an emotional punch. I've got to admit, I've shed a tear or two listening to that one.

What really makes this album special are the guest appearances by Delbert McClinton and Alison Krauss. Their harmonies blend beautifully with Gill's voice, especially on tracks like 'Nothing Like a Woman'. And let's not forget 'One More Last Chance' - that song always gets me tapping my foot and singing along. While some folks might say the album isn't perfect from start to finish, there's no denying Gill's talent shines through on every track. It's a real testament to his impact on country music, and I still find myself coming back to it all these years later. - Alex
