Seeed's 2012 self-titled album is a fantastic comeback that had me grooving from start to finish! After a six-year break, the band came back stronger than ever, blending German hip hop, reggae, and dancehall in a way that's uniquely theirs. The horn section really adds something special to their sound, setting them apart from other artists in the scene.

I absolutely love how they mix languages in their lyrics - German, English, and Patois all come together to create this rich, diverse vibe that's so captivating. Songs like 'Beautiful', 'Blink Blink', 'Molotov', and 'Wonderful Life' are total earworms that showcase the band's talent for crafting catchy tunes across different styles.

What's really impressive is how Seeed managed to create an album that feels both nostalgic and fresh at the same time. It's no wonder it debuted at the top of the German Albums Chart - a first for the band! This album is a perfect example of how a group can evolve their sound while staying true to their roots.
