Artist Bio
Remi Wolf is a 29-year-old American singer-songwriter from Palo Alto, California, who’s been making quirky, colorful pop music since releasing her debut EP You’re a Dog! in 2019. She describes her sound as “funky soul pop” and works to “erase the rules of pop,” creating what The New York Times called “hypercolored explosions” that transform bedroom pop into something more vibrant. Wolf gained major traction with her viral TikTok hit “Photo ID” in 2020, leading to a record deal with Island Records and collaborations with artists like Dominic Fike, Beck, and Still Woozy. Her sophomore album Big Ideas dropped in July 2024 and hit #15 on the UK charts, showcasing her evolution from the funky indie-pop of her 2021 debut Juno. You might dig her if you’re into Still Woozy, SZA, or other artists who blend soul, funk, and experimental pop with a playful edge.
