Review

Striking a balance between electronic innovation and soulful pop, Little Dragon's "Season High" showcases the Swedish quartet's ability to craft a cohesive, genre-blending soundscape. With bubbly synths and celestial atmospherics, tracks like "Celebrate" and "High" highlight frontwoman Yukimi Nagano's enchanting vocals against a backdrop of R&B-inspired grooves and glitchy production. Though occasionally meandering, the album's panoramic, freewheeling spirit underscores Little Dragon's commitment to pushing boundaries. "Season High" is a stylish yet experimental record that solidifies the group's reputation as pioneers in the electronic-pop sphere, making for a perfect soundtrack to elevate your summer fashion game.- Vivian
