Review

Darlings, let's talk about Kylie Minogue's 'Tension' - it's like the little black dress of pop albums, versatile and oh-so-chic! This sonic soirée is a glittering cocktail of electronic dance flavors, shaken with a dash of disco and stirred with a hint of R&B. Kylie's described it as a "blend of personal reflection, club abandon, and melancholic highs," and honey, isn't that just the perfect recipe for a night out?

From the hypnotic beats of 'Padam Padam' to the synth-driven gospel vibes of 'Hold On to Now,' this album is serving looks from every era. The title track 'Tension' is giving us major 90s house realness with a vocoder twist - it's like stumbling upon a vintage Vivienne Westwood in a sea of fast fashion. And don't even get me started on '10 Out Of 10' with Oliver Heldens; it's a time-traveling masterpiece that would make even Karl Lagerfeld nod in approval. Kylie's proven once again that she's the queen of crafting euphoric dance floor anthems that are as timeless as a Hermès Birkin.- Isla
