'Problématique' is Kim Petras's 2023 love letter to French house music and European pop vibes, and I'm totally here for it! 💃 This album was actually supposed to be her debut but got caught in release limbo and almost never saw the light of day—thank goodness it finally dropped! Created during COVID lockdown, you can feel her channeling all that pent-up party energy into tracks about love, fun, and pure escapism. The collab with Paris Hilton on 'All She Wants' is such a moment, serving up those luxe, carefree vibes we all needed.

What makes 'Problématique' hit different is how Petras blends those disco and house influences with her signature pop style. 'Je T'Adore' and 'Confession' are absolute earworms that'll have you dancing around your room when no one's watching (or maybe that's just me 😅). Sure, some tracks sound similar if you're being picky, but that's kinda the point of a cohesive dance album!
