Review

Tough Love is a soulful masterpiece that showcases Jessie Ware at her best. The London-born singer-songwriter bares her heart on this album, exploring love's intricacies with raw honesty and vulnerability. From the title track's sleek, Prince-esque production to the Ed Sheeran-assisted "Say You Love Me," Ware crafts a sound that's both contemporary and timeless.

Collaborations with producers BenZel and James Ford help shape the album's cohesive vibe, fusing electronic elements with Ware's soulful vocals. Standouts like "You & I (Forever)" highlight her knack for penning poignant lyrics that resonate deep. Tough Love is a testament to Ware's growth as an artist, solidifying her place in the pop landscape as a voice to be reckoned with.- Draya
