Jensen McRae doesn’t shy away from laying her soul bare, especially in tracks like "Wolves", where every lyric seems torn right from her diary—equal parts raw and clever. She blends those classic, cozy folk sounds with unexpected swirls of pop and R&B, gently shaking up the acoustic warmth I usually find myself craving when I'm feeling introspective.

What really gets me is how she strings together stories of heartbreak and uncertainty, layering them over handlebars of gentle percussion and vocals that feel both fragile and unbreakable at once.
