Review

Inhaler's third studio album, *Open Wide*, drops the rugged post-punk façade for an arsenal of arena-ready hooks and synth textures galore. Released in February 2025, this latest effort solidifies the Irish quartet's growth from fledgling revivalists to bold pop experimenters. And they've nailed it - Kid Harpoon's production shines a light on the band's ever-restless energy.

Standouts *Your House* and *Concrete* illuminate Inhaler's maturation, still tackling quarter-life crises with gusto, but now with more finesse. With 13 tracks to dig into, the album bridges indie-rock grit and melodic charm, even when venturing into formulaic territory. *Open Wide* lands as a confident, ambitious work that dives headfirst into vulnerability.- Lauren
