Hemlocke Springs, born Isimeme "Naomi" Udu in Raleigh and raised in Concord, North Carolina, is an indie pop and synth-pop artist who began releasing music in 2022. While pursuing a master’s in medical informatics at Dartmouth, she started creating music as a hobby, which quickly evolved into a full-fledged music career thanks to viral moments like her tracks “Gimme All Ur Luv” and “Girlfriend” on TikTok. Her debut EP, *going...going...GONE!* came out in 2023 via Good Luck Have Fun Records, showcasing her playful, retro-influenced sound and self-produced, bedroom pop aesthetic. Key influences and comparable artists include COIN, Caroline Polachek, and Clairo, blending 80s synth textures with quirky lyricism.
