Review

I've been immersing myself in Hailey Whitters' album "The Dream," and it's truly a contemporary country gem. The album beautifully weaves various themes together but primarily revolves around the pursuit of happiness and the many facets of life. Hailey's lyrics are thoughtful and candid, allowing me to connect deeply with her storytelling. Tracks that particularly resonate with me are "Janice at the Hotel Bar," "Dream, Girl," and "Ten Year Town" — each one standing out with its own unique flavor. It's impressive to know that Hailey not only performed on the album but also took on the role of producer. Moreover, releasing this remarkable sophomore album on her own label, Pigasus Records, just adds another layer of admiration for her relentless artistry and vision. - Elle
