Review

Man, 'Cloud Nine' really hits the spot. I remember when it came out in '87 - it was like George Harrison had never left. The way he blended that classic Beatles sound with something fresh and new just blew me away.

You know, it's not just George on this album. He brought in some serious heavy hitters like Eric Clapton and Elton John. And of course, Jeff Lynne's production is all over this thing. It's like a who's who of rock royalty got together for one big jam session. The result? Pure magic.

I've got to tell you, 'Got My Mind Set On You' was stuck in my head for weeks. It's one of those tunes that just makes you want to get up and dance, you know? And 'When We Was Fab'? That's a trip down memory lane if I ever heard one. It's like George was giving us all a little wink and nod to the good old days. This album really showed that George still had it - the talent, the charm, and that unmistakable Harrison touch. - Alex
