Review

Okay, so let’s talk about Fifth Harmony’s second studio masterpiece, “7/27.” Girl, this album is where they seriously leveled up! It's got R&B vibes that’ll have you swaying and feeling all kinds of ways. Tracks like “Work from Home” (with Ty Dolla $ign popping in) are pure bubblegum bops, but then you go a bit deeper with songs like “Write On Me,” “Dope,” and “No Way” that show just how much these ladies can pour their hearts out into their music. It’s like a high-energy party and a soulful diary rolled into one.

And can we talk about that title? “7/27” is a shoutout to the day these queens were assembled on "The X Factor" back in 2012. It’s like they’re saying, "Look how far we’ve come since then!" The album cover by Sasha Samsonova has them looking fierce in the desert, like a squad come straight outta Mad Max but with drastically better outfits. They knew how to match individual style with total glam.

For real, “7/27” really blends infectious pop with smooth R&B in a way that’ll keep you hooked from start to finish. If albums were ice cream, this one is definitely a Neapolitan – giving you a tasty blend of flavors without making you pick just one. 🎤💃 - Tegan
