Review

Get ready to have your ears tickled pink by Blossoms' self-titled debut album! Released in August 2016, this indie rock gem is like a musical candy store, packed with infectious tunes that'll have you bopping along in no time. The band's knack for blending diverse influences shines through in every track, creating a sound that's fresh yet familiar. And let's talk about those singles - 'Charlemagne' and 'At Most a Kiss' are absolute earworms that'll be stuck in your head for days!

This album isn't just a flash in the pan, either. It rocketed to number one on the UK Albums Chart and even snagged a Gold certification in 2017. Talk about making a splash! The production by James Skelly and Rich Turvey is spot-on, giving the album a polished sound that still keeps that indie edge. From sparkling melodies to nimble guitar work, and even some dreamy mellotron vibes, 'Blossoms' serves up a musical feast that'll leave you hungry for more. It's no wonder these guys have been supporting big names like The Stone Roses - they're definitely ones to watch!- Brittney
