Angie McMahon is a singer-songwriter from Melbourne, Australia, who began releasing solo music in 2017 with her breakout single “Slow Mover.” She works mainly in the indie rock and folk genres, known for blending earnest storytelling with atmospheric arrangements and introspective lyrics. After gaining early experience in the Melbourne soul group The Fabric, McMahon released her critically acclaimed debut album *Salt* in 2019, followed by several EPs, live recordings, and her 2023 album *Light, Dark, Light Again*. She is recognized for her DIY approach, handling much of her own production and creative direction, and often writes about personal growth and mental health.
