Andy Grammer's 'The Good Parts' is such a fun and heartfelt album! Released in December 2017, it's got this great mix of pop and rock that just makes you want to dance and sing along. I love how Andy opens up and shares his personal stories through his songs - it feels like he's having a heart-to-heart with each listener.
The album's got 13 tracks, including the catchy single 'Fresh Eyes' that made it to number 59 on the Billboard Hot 100. But for me, songs like 'Smoke Clears,' 'Spaceship,' and 'Grow' really stand out. They're just so catchy and meaningful at the same time! And can we talk about the title track, 'The Good Parts'? It's all about being real and authentic, which is something I think we all need more of these days.
What really impresses me about this album is Andy's confidence. He's not trying to please everyone - he's just putting his true self out there, take it or leave it. That kind of artistic freedom really comes through in the music, making 'The Good Parts' feel like a genuine expression of who Andy is as an artist and person.
